Rifugio Bruno Boz

Located at 1,718 m in the peaceful Conca di Neva, Rifugio Bruno Boz sits among open alpine meadows beneath the rugged mountains of the Cimonega group, in the southern part of the Dolomiti Bellunesi. Far from the busiest areas of the Dolomites, its remote setting gives hikers a genuine sense of entering a quieter and wilder mountain landscape.

The refuge was created from an old mountain dairy and officially became a rifugio in 1974. Today it offers 34 beds, plus a small winter bivouac, hot showers and a welcoming kitchen. Its location makes it an important stop for hikers travelling through the southern Dolomites, where the landscape gradually changes from the famous limestone massifs further north to the remote peaks and valleys around the Vette Feltrine.
