Rifugio Monte Muro

Standing at 2,157 m in South Tyrol’s Val Badia, Maurerberghütte / Rifugio Monte Muro is a welcoming mountain hut surrounded by fragrant alpine meadows, wide Dolomite views, and the quiet atmosphere of the South Tyrolean mountains. Run as a family business since 1975 and now in its third generation, the hut combines traditional alpine character with modern comfort and genuine South Tyrolean hospitality. Its location makes it an ideal stop for hikers and mountain bikers, especially along the Dolorama Trail, where it lies at the end of the first stage. Guests can relax on the panoramic sun terrace, enjoy homemade South Tyrolean specialities, or spend the night in private rooms or a comfortable multi-bed room.
